Said "I apologize for writing in this open forum. I have received news from the County of Jackson, state of Georgia, that they will garnish my 903 dollars. We will therefore have to postpone the graphic novel till I can pay by other means. I should have more money for you Thursday. I will continue the regular payments in the amount of about 100.00. Should I come into some money you will be the first to know. I have sought legal counsel regarding the matter regarding my children. I was on the street for three years as a result of a bitter divorce. My children are 20 and 24 and I have paid support to them and taken care of them thorough my means. The state of Georgia also allowed a fraud in that I was not recognized at the University of Georgia as William Mark Vaughn graduate with a BS degree and allowed police harassment that led to my settling in the state of Kentucky. I hope to press a case against both the city of Athens, the University of Georgia and the state of Georgia." to Robert Mackiewicz

If I have my way, the state of Georgia will be required to change its name to Lower Carolina and rejoin the union first as a Territory through the ratification process. But this is a small matter of child support, and I have a small city lawyer. She's tough as nails I have heard....if she can and is willing to take the case.I have another lawyer who has looked after me in Tampa, FL. I appreciate your patience in this matter, I am employed still at Walmart and have just received a one dollar an hour raise.

That is outstanding Mark. I apologize for not getting bsck to you about receipt of your payments. I gad a major personal family matter. And am right now trying to catch up over the last month of chaos. I am glad things are going well for you. Bare with me just a couple of more weeks and I will turn over what I have for your review. I have been working on your project. But my full time job snd personal affairs have swallowed a majority of my time since February. I have gained vustody of my son, so my focus has been taking care of him. And it has put a strain on my budget, since I continue to pay the same amount of child support to just my daughter alone. So I had to sacrifice time and my email and my .com address.

Said "I have been working on becoming an associate at Amazon. My associate status requires me to make a referral to Amazon within the next ninety days. I have made several referrals but have not yet been credited with them. I tell people about create space and Kindle often. I did so the other day at the aert cart to a writer looking to publish. But if you could help me out. Amazon does have a graphic novel section to its Kindle Direct . I know that you may use other services, but if you could help me out in some way with regards to this either yourself, or others it would help me out. I don't think it would interrupt my services in any way, but I have a constant threat with various on line sites of those who shut down my Facebook twice. There was another recent attempt. Said "I have some childrens books I am looking to illustrate. Do you know an artist who might be interested. It is a Book series similar to DR Suess, as a reader with rhymes. It mixes geography and science, as a means of teaching about such things as cloud names, and the clock maker theory of creation.
