My born name is Dean Matthew Piekara Jr. but my artist name is D.P. Corpse. I have gone by this name for over 10 years and a natural born artist. As a teen I was very involved in art programs and progressed over the years. I had a thrash band called "Cyst" and was the bass player and also managed the band myself. I transformed myself as an artist around my 20s after designing my bands logo, album cover, book art, and back cover. I gained attention not only as a musician but as an artist which was always my first passion. Over the years I have done countless album arts and promotional shirt designs. I have years experience and have now also become a tattoo artist. Not only am I a tattoo artist but also manage two shops called Solid Image Tattoos. My most popular clients are Trivium, Black Lable Society, Deicide, Infereaon, and more. I am a major comic book fan and have several comic like samples from Marvel that I have in my self private collection. I also designed a beautiful solid black and white inked peice of Spiderman that was to be used as the image for a tombstone. I truly have a great passion for comics, art, and I have a vision. Only a true artist can draw the unthinkable.
