With more interest of introducing myself than just posting a resume, I'd like to start by saying that I've always been a grammatically correct type of individual. For many years I worked as Processor/Data Entry Clerk for a residential appraisal company and "close attention to detail" was my middle name. Researching information and personal assistance was needed from myself by the Appraiser once the appraisal was ready to be processed into a professional format for buyers, lenders, banks, etc... Sounds boring, I know, but I loved every minute of it so much that I encouraged myself to go to appraisal school. After receiving my Certification of Completion of all appraisal courses, life became a little interrupted when the recession hit and needless to say I never became a licensed appraiser, but fortunately was asked to tour Europe with a wonderful band seeing as I am also a performer/songwriter and hope one day to be a published writer. So if anyone needs proofreading, editing, word processing, data entry or research done, I'm your lady!
