I am a multi-instrumentalist for hire located in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Beginning with the violin at age 4, I have since learned to play drums, rhythm guitar, keyboards, bass, and most recently, have begun to sing as well. It started when my parents found me plunking out the theme from Jurassic Park on their old upright piano. In my adult life, I have enjoyed success as an all around performer; as a comedian, my career took me from Toronto to Chicago, New York City, and Vancouver to perform with some of North America's best before I had even turned 22. In my home town of Toronto I produced several shows (some for charity) and was a regular performer at Bad Dog Theatre and the now legendary Comedy Bar on Bloor. As a composer, I have integrated my extensive theatre training into my film compositions, utilizing my entrenched understanding of character and story to weave scores that perfectly reflect their visual counterparts. These days you can catch me performing with a few different acts; as the musical director and co-host of web-series 10 Minute Talk Show, as a vocalist for indie band Field Study, and as the drummer for the bands Shrinehouse and Squid Mountain, as well as the odd one off show around Toronto.
