I work as a freelance artist and a professional software tester. I test medical software, but I am interested in playtesting any games created by independent developers to help identify defects to polish the final product. As an artist, I am especially good at digitally inking clean sketches, and I do a number of different commissions in the digital medium with a variety of styles. I've had a lot of practice with digital linearts, cel-shading, and recently have begun breaking into practicing soft painting. I have a lot of experience with fantasy artwork and non-human characters, and I'm always practicing new techniques to expand further. I also have a love of horror art and have been practicing that on the side. I'm currently studying 3D modeling and am working towards a degree in game art. Unfortunately I'm not able to do as much with this commercially due to lack of a program I'm knowledgable in, but someday I hope to be able to create game-ready models for game developers to use. Looking to hire me or have any questions? Feel free to email me at tgochnour@gmail.com

I have over two years of technical writing experience working for the Calgary Board of Education on a contract basis. In my time with the CBE, I've mostly written user manuals and produced (wrote scripts, filmed and edited) training videos on how to use an online database program called Archibus Web Central. Each user manual and video I've created has been tailored for a specific user group. Archibus Web Central serves a variety of purposes at the CBE, such as managing the organization's work request system, projects, musical instruments, CTS equipment, and energy usage systems. I've also beta tested software changes and updates before they were released to the end users, liaised with employees on business procedures, and implemented said procedures in my work, and created and updated Visio workflows as well. Before starting my current job, I completed my Bachelor of Applied Communications degree at MacEwan University in Edmonton. During my time in the program, I learned a variety of communication skills, such as creative writing, business and PR writing, magazine writing, copyediting and proofreading. Overall, I am a talented, confident and hard working communicator with a high attention to deal, and I am happy to get the job done.

I am a stay-at-home-mom, so I have time on my side. I've always been very into writing, since I was a child, but never pursued other than as a hobby. Now that I am staying at home, and have dramatically reduced my family's income, I am looking to earn some extra money, and I figure why not do something I enjoy doing?
