I am primarily a fine art photographer based on the edge of the Greater Toronto Area. I specialize in natural light photography of landscapes and architecture, but I also accept commissions for real estate, portrait, and fine art photography. I came to photography through a roundabout route. I was initially an art major in college, working in oil paints, before I switched to the discipline of history. The study of history led me through an MA program and into work as a teacher and a textbook editor and even (very briefly) a PhD program. My interest in photography was a minor hobby, until the digital age of photography came. Occasional travel photography and experimentation quickly evolved into a passion which eclipsed history.
