I’m a former Microsoft Software Engineer, with multiple tours on the Redmond campus with Microsoft Research, Bing Maps and Windows Vista. I worked on the core development team at PredixionSoftware.com, contributing to their predictive analysis and data visualization tools, and worked as an independant contractor at Amazon. Currently employed at Koverse, contributing the UI and building on my work as a technology mash-up artist with a penchant for applied statistics. I’m also a writer, musician and graphic artist with a significant web presence. I’m a retired ballet dancer (Houston Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet, Ballet Austin) and Seattle-area top-10 independent metal guitarist, the voice of Simeon in the animated opera Liberteria, and host of the weekly internet radio show Rango Unmuzzled. I also enjoy combining graphical collateral with my programming and musical interests to create deeply textured composites, animated stills, and extremely complex music videos with running narratives that cross from Facebook over to YouTube and back again. As of September 2013, a selection of my images were on display in New York City at the See.Me Exhibition gallery. My radio internet shows are currently reaching 10,000 listeners each month on the podcasts with no upper bound. After nearly two decades of programming and a three year output of mash-up artwork spanning ~5000 images, 40 songs and videos, and 64 radio shows, I enjoy work that allows me to leverage the breadth of my talents and contribute comprehensively to projects in order to help drive them to success, whether it’s application design and implementation, analysis and reporting, graphic design and collateral, or multimedia content development. For more information about my music, video and graphic arts content, as well as samples of my writing, music, and imagery, please refer to one of the following websites, or contact me directly for high resolution images, videos, or audio files. I have written professionally since 1994. Since 2004, I have concentrated on health care and medical writing, including health insurers, foundation and policy publications and magazine and online communications to physicians and other health care professionals. My health care experience includes articles on value-based reimbursement; evidence-based medicine; electronic health records; patient-centered medical homes and Accountable Care Organizations; distance medicine; geriatric, palliative, and diabetes care, and Medicare/Medicaid reforms. I have been a primary contact and subject matter expert for managing and editing value-based reimbursement content in RFIs, RFPs, and surveys for industry and employer groups, regulatory bodies, and the national BCBSA. My detailed work on RFIs and RFPs has given me a deeper knowledge of how health care industry trends are incorporated in Highmark corporate strategies focused on product, IDFS integration, and high-performance network designs. Most recent project: Communications Consultant, Highmark Provider Network Innovations and Partnerships • Managed communications projects contributing to company-wide strategy including sales, marketing, clinical, and provider outreach • Managed and edited RFIs and RFPs and surveys for industry and employer groups and government bodies • Streamlined and expanded our data capture and refined the marketing/sales aspects of responses for the RFI process • Regularly called out by BCBSA, the Mercer Group and the National Business Group on Health as one of the most responsive and proactive plans with whom they work • For the National Business Group on Health’s eValue8 tool to score and rank health plans, Highmark’s score improved from 2015 to 2016 across the organization, but within the provider are model design areas developed by CMID-OPs, the scores improved dramatically in several places, reflecting a more thorough reporting process that contributed to significantly improve Highmark’s results and ranking • Strategized, researched, designed, wrote and edited presentations, background papers, webinars, speeches, editorials and media, sales, and lobbying pieces, annual reports, executive summaries and other projects

Although their spunky blend of emo-pop and anthemic rock eventually made them stars on both sides of the Atlantic, Devoris hall and Heroes began humbly enough in , Los Angeles, CA where lead singer Devoris Hall met brothers Logan Mulliex And Rahat Hassan after moving to town from San Diego. The two had a band that the 10 year-old singer was asked to join, and guitarist Sagar Sagh climbed aboard to complete Devoris hall and heroes lineup. Local hangouts and a school talent show helped the young band members hone their chops before graduating to higher-level gigs at area rock clubs. The quintet's pop-influenced melodies and earnest charisma -- not to mention Hall's powerhouse vocals -- eventually caught the attention of Florida's Fueled by Ramen label, which signed the band in April 2005. Working with producers James Wisner and Mike Green, Devoris Hall And Heroes recorded their full-length debut Remember me , and released it in late July 2005. In addition to a performance at New Jersey's Bamboozle Festival and multiple dates on the Warped Tour circuit, Devoris Hall And Heroes played shows with such bands as Simple Plan and Straylight Run. Hunter Lamb replaced Bynum on guitar in December 2005, and the band spent the following summer on Warped Tour once again, cementing their relationship with fans who had caught the previous summer's shows. Lamb parted ways with the group in early 2007 to get married, and Devoris hall and heroes continued onward as a quartet. The following summer saw the release of the band's sophomore album, Dreams are made of which was recorded alongside producer David Bendeth and issued by the band's new label, Rockstar Records. Buoyed by the popular singles "One Step Closer," "Counting on You," and "I made it" What dreams are made of turned Devoris hall and heroes into industry darlings, going platinum within its first 13 months and earning the band a Grammy nomination for Best teen band of the year. With the death of guitarist Ronald stern onboard, the group toured exhaustively in support of the record, even landing a two-month jaunt across the continental U.S. with Jimmy Eat World. Meanwhile, Devoris hall and heroes found time to contribute two songs to the Band slam soundtrack, including the Top 40 single "One Step closer." A live album entitled I made it! was released several weeks after the BandSlam soundtrack, capturing the band's energy as a live act and concluding the touring cycle in support of Riot!. Devoris Hall And Heroes publically struggled with fame throughout 2008. Of particular note was the attention lavished upon Devoris Hall, whom many media outlets deemed to be the leader of the group. Rumors of a breakup began to circulate, yet Devoris hall and heroes lineup remained intact, and the band retreated to a California studio in 2009 to work on a third album. Following a popular summer tour with No Doubt, the group issued Brand New me, a pensive record that featured some of Devoris hall and heroes strongest songwriting to date. The album debuted at number two with sales of 400,000 copies, besting Mariah Carey's Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel in the process. In 2010 Devoris Hall and Heroes Recorded I made it with stars like Lil Wayne Birdman Kevin Rudolph And Jay Sean at the Ama Awards Devoris Hall Achieved The Greatest Award Of His Career Songwriter Of The Year Currently Devoris Hall and Heroes Are In Shreveport Louisiana
