I. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Mr. Oppenheimer has thirty (30) years of professional experience, Twenty six (26) years within the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) industry and 4 years of military computer simulations. Before founding Thought Matrix Consulting in March of 2005, Mr. Oppenheimer worked 10 years as consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton focusing on the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) implementations nationwide. EBT is a debit application for needs-based electronic payments systems used by State Governments. These implementations consisted of both magnetic and smart card applications for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly food stamps). Before working with Booz Allen Mr. Oppenheimer worked in the EFT industry where he designed, developed, tested, and implemented numerous on-line and batch applications for all areas of the EFT industry including EBT, credit cards, debit cards, checks, travel and entertainment cards, and private label card systems. Mr. Oppenheimer has 4 years experience managing computer engineers developing real time on-line financial applications. II. Experienced Consultant Mr. Oppenheimer wrote numerous successful proposals for State and Federal Governments. The Colonel is a Tulsa-based artist whose primary focus is fantasy painting and children's book illustration. Varying in styles, he has the ability to move from the very dark side of artistic expression, to the fantastical side of angels and fairies, to the whimsical side of children's art. Well-versed in multiple mediums and disciplines, this artist can change gears on a dime and pick-up a new project and go in an entirely different direction without losing his train of thought or inspiration. Derek has been an artist for almost 35 years, but this is his first time to venture into a public forum dedicated to art and artists.

I am an illustrator looking for freelance work. I am extremely adaptable and work very well to a brief. My illustrations are usually highly rendered I use mainly pencil and graphite however, I am also able to do colour, paint, sculpture and silhouette. I have done theatre sets in the past, and am currently working on a set piece for kids theatre that will be traveling throughout Australia. I am also putting a body of illustrations together for this years Supanova pop culture expo. I have also created a piece for Sydney Fashion Week which was photographed for the SMH. Other works include commissioned paintings, costume design, logo design, caricatures and pencil murals. I always rise to a challenge and strive to push myself creatively. Hope to hear from you.
