I run a French language teaching business. I have a sequence of textbooks designed for people of any age interested in learning, reviewing or brushing up on French. I have language games ideal for classrooms or individuals wanting to practice French in a fun way. I do one-on-one tutoring at any level, and small-group classes. I also conduct seminars on travel to France and various aspects of French culture. I have a B.A. In French and an M.Ed. in language instruction. I lived in France a full academic year and taught English at a French university. I travel frequently to France, and I organize and guide tours to France. I plan to run themed French tours and immersion trips in the near future. I do translation, via mail or email. I have done all kinds of translation projects and am always open to new projects. I can do a 24-hour turn-around, possibly earlier. I write children's picture books, both in French and in English. I love collaborating with illustrators to establish to right feel and look or a book. I have two alphabet books currently in need of illustration (watercolor and/or colored pencil preferred). I also have two other picture books with the writing in process, also in need of illustration. Contact me about rates. They are very reasonable and competitive.
