I am a publish author and screenwriter specialising in horror, sci-fi, fantasy and dark humour. I focus primarily on short fiction and new screen works, corrections, structure or re-writes (in full). Horror and the Macabre: My true scribing passion lies within the halls of Horror. I enjoy writing not only in but truly about the Darkness. Sci-fi and Dystopian: My preferred genre would be Post-Apocalyptic, Dystopian societies and Earth-based modern science fiction. Fantasy in all its Magical Glory: My first venture into writing was fantasy, being a true Gemmell and Eddings (David & Leigh) fan I was destined to follow.

I've always loved to read. Reading has always been able to put me right into the book- feel how the characters feel, know how the characters think. I always have creative ideas going through my head and recently decided to put them on paper. Right now I am working on a book of my own. When I was 13 I started writing poetry. I have had 5 poems published through poetry.com. Being creative is something I love and look forward to working in this field!

I am a college student working toward my MFA in Creative Writing. Aside from fiction/poetry I have studied psychology, sociology, technical writing, public relations, speech writing, advertising, marketing, and screen/play writing. I took 2nd in the 2010 FFRF Essay Contest, winning $1,000. I'll be submitting to more grants and competitions, and hopefully I'll win some more. I don't believe in luck, but I do feel that a little talent and a lot of hard work go a long way. I'd like to establish myself as knowledgeable, dependable, and hardworking. Writing is my life's one true passion, and while I'm only starting out as a freelancer believe me when I say I've done my homework. I have complete confidence in my ability to satisfy your writing needs - not because I think I'm the greatest, but because I give every project everything I have to give and I'm rarely satisfied with anything but my best. I'm also very open to feedback, so if for whatever reason you're dissatisfied with my services I'll do everything I can to address the issue. I'm currently publishing a steady stream of newsletters, press releases, investor proposals, and every now and again I win another essay or short story competition - this online profile is just one of many - I'm writing something new every day and loving the variety. I consider myself primarily a fiction writer, all of my clients love my style, and my creative side is what sets me apart from other "hardline" writers. I might inadvertently think up your companies new catchphrase, tagline, or just an eye catching title for your press release that those finicky journalists can't help but eat up.
