I'm an experienced copy editor and proofreader. At one of the companies I worked for in another department, I volunteered to proofread and copy edit marketing documents. Once the Marketing Manager learned how competent I am, she sent me all the department's documents to proofread and edit before they were released to the public. Here is what she has to say about my work: Andrew has a keen...

If you're looking for a responsive, professional, and meticulous editor and writer, I'm your man. I have over 9 years of experience in media relations, corporate marketing and communications, publications editing, transcript editing, op-ed and byline technical writing, website content creation and revision, guidebook writing and editing, layout consultation, newsletter article writing, and much more. I have two published credits, once as an editor and once as a content contributor. I've been privileged to have done work for small publishing start-ups, design firms, international information security companies, provincial courts and law societies, and Canadian federal departments. Some of my most recent work has been for the Senate of Canada. On a more personal note, I love writing and reading; kickboxing and martial arts, generally; traveling, with teaching and traveling in China in 2006-07 having been my greatest adventures to date; and gaming, whether that be video games, table-top roleplaying games, or board games. I'm big into evolutionary health and fitness, and I love to push myself: I ran my first barefoot 10k charity race in the summer of 2011, and was in the top 20th percentile among the Ottawa Spartan Race "Sprint" finishers that same summer.

I’m John Carlo Sabino I’ve been a visual artist for as long as I remember. Art is something that made sense and somewhat came natural to me. I am a very passionate and meticulous when it comes to my work. Reason to this is, I look at everything I do as a representation of me as an artist. To that I thrive to make sure every design I make is something that I can be proud of. I studied Fine Arts in college and before that I have done several workshops to further my skills. After I finished my Bachelors Degree I went to Australia to study Graphic Design. My skill ranges from freehand to computer illustrations; I am knowledgeable in photography and video editing for I do heaps of videos my self, mostly clay animation. And I’m well versed in adobe suite form CS3 to CS5 and use both PC and Mac application. My skills in web design though not as extensive as my other skills; I’m more than capable in making both Flash and HTML websites. Thanks for viewing profile.

My name is Brittany and I am a recent legal graduate in the School of Business at Algonquin College. I am an independent, professional, young woman with a creative, and quite vivid imagination. I enjoy reading, cooking, swimming, learning new things but most importantly I love to write. I've always had a passion for writing ever since I was a little girl. I enjoy writing poems, short stories, biographies, script-writing, and much more. For as long as I can remember I've always kept a personal diary of my own. I would write in it almost everyday, and I would even take it along with me on summer vacations. I would write about my day, and what we did or what we saw, etc. Also, when I was going through school I would write scripts based on childhood films and students from my class and I would act out the play that I had wrote and perform it to the class. English and Communication class have always been my strongest subject, as well as my favourite. I understand that I may not have any professional experience or have I ever truly considered looking further into my passion for writing as something more than just a personal hobby, but now I am starting to look towards other directions and I would like to give freelancing a chance.
