With over twenty years of experience as a commercial artist, I have had the pleasure of working with many people in such diverse fields as advertising, silkscreen design, logo development and package design. I have done work for a variety of clients, ranging from small companies to recording artists such as Tiffany and Stacey Q, as well as with celebrities such as Donald Trump and actress Lynda Carter, among others. I have also had the pleasure of producing my own national monthly panel cartoon, "Satellite Snickers", through Triple D Publications of Shelby, North Carolina. And just recently I was commissioned by the United States Postal Service to illustrate a special cancellation stamp used in conjunction with a special postage stamp honoring explorer Samuel de Champlain. Whether it's storyboard preparation, branding, CD design or caricature, my work has lead me to many diverse and wonderful professional relationships, and it's always a new adventure!!

Hello! My name is Tessa, and I am a music student with plenty of English-Writing coursework. My dream at one point was to become an editor, and I would still love to be. I was attracted to your posting as soon as I saw the word "novel", and once I saw that it was a fanfiction, my desire to be hired increased tenfold. I have been reading on fanfiction.net for about ten years now (Harry Potter, admittedly), and being a reader myself, I know exactly what annoys readers and what formats are the most popular and legible. That being said, I was also a teaching assistant for a college writing course and am extremely nit-picky. I know how simple misspellings can throw off readers and make the story lose legitimacy points. I do hope you'll consider me. Depending on how long your chapters are, it should only take an evening. I know you said no rush, but if your story is very popular, readers will be haranguing for the next chapter. If you would like, I can also offer constructive criticism on the story itself, or I can stick to formatting, etc. By reading the first two chapters, I already think you could use some more dialogue. Great paragraphs though; as a reader, I can't stand giant walls of text. As for pay, I would honestly take anything over minimum wage. However, I would consider an entry level editing position to be $12-15 an hour. Let me know, and thank you! Tessa Bailey

I have been drawing since early childhood, and have never slowed down since. In college I discovered Photoshop and have developed a loving relationship with it for creating and adding finishing touches to my illustrations, but my ultimate passion is pencil and paper as it's such a simple combo that can do so much. I’m the author and illustrator of the published children’s book “The Tail of Gigi”, and have recently done digital paintings for several clients. If you're looking for charming designs with sharp color schemes and top-notch character expressions, you've come to the right place. I have been illustrating professionally for over a decade, involving myself in numerous private, commercial and corporate ventures. I pride myself in versatility and speed while maintaining the ability to produce a solid and consistent product with no compromise. A tireless work ethic has enabled me to never settle for second best and be proud of any of the work I produce for my clients. My creative process focuses on a problem solving approach. This helps me to recognize and distinguish between an analytical and a purely creative approach that needs to be applied to a project. This ability has made me comfortable working in both fine art and commercial projects. Although the bulk of my experience and enjoyment is equally spread between acting as an autonomous freelancer and as a team player in the illustrator bull pit. I would like to add more experience to my limited exposure of having a lead position in a project. I constantly strive to improved my ability to communicate. This helps me both in my personal life as well as with product turn around time.
