Greetings! My name is John Coleman, and I make websites work. Just like the majority of verbal communication is actually non-verbal, the majority of communication on the web is not done through the text on the page. Users breathe in all elements of a website, and issues such as tone, branding, trust, authenticity, and a bevy of other issues affect the overall website interaction. As such, it takes razor-sharp vision and well-coordinated execution to truly connect on all levels. The desire to build a great website is a desire to craft a great experience. Design matters. Usability matters. Well thought-out architecture and labeling matters. A smooth, intuitive flow of all interactive elements of a website matter, and the problem with violating any of these sensibilities is that users will leave without telling you why. There are few prizes for the ones who almost get it right. The Internet offers unique opportunities to differentiate and truly provide a high-value experience to the customer. With the pace of technological evolution on the Internet, it is more important than ever to stay abreast of trends and best-case methods of achieving goals online. More importantly, though, I believe that the main things that are missing from most online efforts are authenticity, keeping promises, and seizing every opportunity to create customer convenience and overwhelming value. As bombarded as most people are with marketing hyperbole and simple information overload on the Internet, I think that it is more important than ever to add back the focus on the human elements of people doing business with people. Working to be the leader in truly serving and supporting a market base will always yield powerful results. So where do I come in? Not only do I truly practice everything I am describing, I have a nearly unending passion for crafting exceptional experiences. Nothing makes me happier than creating win/win situations. I live for working that extra bit harder, for daring to be more innovative, for taking the time to truly understand what people are looking for and building the ideal vehicle to deliver it to them. In my mind, especially online, if you are not exceptional, you are just one of the millions of “other” sites that are on the Internet. I don’t come to work to be one of the others. I come to work to be the one. Here is what I believe. I believe that excellence comes from hiring and inspiring exceptional people. I believe that the most productive people are the ones who are allowed to be engaged in what makes them happy. I believe that having clear, unshakable vision for what a project can be is often what takes it from good to great. I believe that outstanding success often comes from unexpected places. I believe that it is the people who make greatness happen, and I believe it is important to treat them that way. I believe that enabling people to be successful enables entire groups and organizations to succeed. I believe that the great ideas of tomorrow will not come from doing the same things we are doing today. For more about me, check out my personal website at http://hirejohncoleman.com.

I consider myself to be a creative person who is constantly driven to further extend my knowledge. I am competent at writing scripts and have done so for the Royal Mail to aid an educational DVD which I produced. I thoroughly enjoy editing, camera work and audio, it’s something that I want to work with in both my professional and private life. I am highly ambitious and take pride in my work. I’m a great team player and also happy to work on projects alone. I would consider myself to be an asset as I feel I have the ability to visualise what clients are looking for and what will best suit their agenda. This ability allows me to make the most of the planning stage to ensure that I can produce a high quality product. I’ve had great feed back from many people, this makes what I love doing that much more fulfilling. I have no desire to become complacent and will continue to push myself throughout my career. Your’s Sincerely Paul Immanuel

My name is Aaron and I am an Indianapolis based freelance illustrator and graphic designer. A recent graduate from Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Graphics Technology. Having lived in Texas, Taiwan, Shanghai and Singapore; and travelled to many other countries, I consider myself a global citizen. These experiences serve as my muse in designs and illustrations. Being very motivated, I am always exploring new projects to work on. I dig simplicity in design/illustration works. Sporty & outdoorsy are two words that I would describe myself. I love camping, basketball and appreciate good films and tunes. Dang, this is so unlike me. I shall let my artworks speak on my behalf.

INTERESTS For over two years I have led music ministries and worked with several teams of musicians to put together songs at Highlands Communty Church by singing and playing keyboard for children’s ministries and adult ministries. I recently taught myself guitar. I have quite a passion for music. This has taught me perseverance, organization, patience and teaching skills.
