(Tt), Various Positions & Operations December 1997 to February 2005 Tt/Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc. /Tt Infrastructure SE Group Held responsible management positions as President of the Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc., a Tt subsidiary and Senior Vice President-Regional Business Development Director for the Tt Infrastructure Southeast Region (14 states, $30mm P&L, $35 BNB). As President of WHS, Mr. Fuller had total management and financial responsibility for a 75 person, $14 million business unit with 5 offices in central and southeast Florida. Mr. Fuller was responsible for the management of services to WHS’ broad client base which included Florida Department of Transportation District 4, Orange County, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, multi-departments of Broward County including the Aviation Department and the Fort Lauderdale Airport, cities--West Palm Beach, Plantation, North Lauderdale, Hollywood, Oakland Park and Miami Beach, Miami-Dade Aviation Department and Pulte Homes. Kenneth Burris was born at the Ford Army Base in Monterey, California. At the age of twelve he moved with his family to Marion, Ohio, and later studied the Columbus College of Art & Design.
