Wrote bi-weekly op-ed column for the Daily Bruin campus newspaper with 28,000 circulation. 1995 – 1996 Health Educator Student Health Services – California State University Northridge, Coordinator of campus-wide alcohol and drug abuse prevention grant funded by the US Department of Education. Worked with other health education programs to train student volunteers in public health outreach and education. Conducted campus-wide survey on high risk behavior as part of national survey of post secondary schools. Published alcohol and drug abuse education materials. Planned and implemented special events and provided screening and consultation with students identified with substance abuse problems.
