I am a freelance artist, muralist and illustrator in Sheboygan Falls, WI I've illustrated several children's books in a variety of styles, samples of which I'd be glad to share with you. I've recently finished one entirely by remote, ie. all correspondence and drafts were exchanged electronically - plus a few phone conversations. The client was extremely happy with the results as well as how smoothly and timely the process went. You can peruse more of my work at ARTISTMURPHY.COM My fee is basically $38 / finished illustration, (which includes the numerous drafts and preliminaries needed to get it just right). If this is not within your budget, I'm willing to negotiate; My priority lies with the success of the project.

I've worn many hats in my life but one of my favorites is the "singer/songwriter" one. In the 90's I was the lead vocalist and lyricist for an alternative band in Atlanta, GA. Band members gave me music and I wrote lyrics. We had a great following in the Atlanta metro area for a few years until I put on my next 'hat' as a twin Mother. Now that the twins have left the nest, I live a quiet, simple life in NC with my boyfriend - who also is a lead vocalist, guitarist and singer/songwriter. We write from the heart about daily trials and troubles. I love creative writing as well and hope someday to write a book about my life experiences.
