A driven college student currently working his way through a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Database, as well as an Undergraduate Certificate in Information Security. While my skill level in subjects such as Java and Web Design are functional, I am more capable at this point in time in proofreading, editing, and vocal work. I have been doing proofreading jobs for several years, often editing for multiple sites and services at the same time. I have run a widely read blog about Southern Gospel music since 2007. Over the years, it has surprisingly become one of the top news sources in Southern Gospel. As such, I have developed an eye for detail and an accuracy in typing. You can find my blog at www.swainsmusings.com. Another project I am involved in is www.vasoutherngospel.com, a site that aims to compile a list of Southern Gospel concerts throughout the state of VA during each year. The site requires me to take concert data from various sites and JPGs and plug them into the site's database, and I have been doing so since 2009. I also have an extensive background in theatre, having played such roles as Bob Wallace in "White Christmas," Mr. Boddy in "Clue: The Musical," Fred Graham/Petruchio in "Kiss Me, Kate," CC Showers in "The Diviners," and Reverend John Hale in "The Crucible." These productions were a blast, but were also directed with a high standard of professionalism from which I learned much and stretched myself to play many different types of characters, from the fun and upbeat to the dark and serious. In my view, voiceover work is just theatre behind a microphone. I look forward to working with you soon!

I come from Setúbal, a small town of fishermen, industrial workers, bohemians, poets, artists and proudly "victorian" fans (VFC). I grow up surrounded by the Sado's estuary, Arrabida hill's, Troia's peninsula and Atlantic Ocean, and lived until finish High School, in Design. Then I jumped to Lisbon and studied 3 years of Fashion Design at Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal), until understood that, and beside the fact of lovin Lx, I don't want to live in a big city. So I decided to make a restart in other place. Discovered Faro, a small sunny city, surrounded by Ria Formosa laggon, sandy Islands, Mediterranean/Altlantic waters, Algarve's crag and Caldeirão Hill's, where I still live and that inspires me most, and have an airport that allows me to visit other places. Here I made my degree in Communication Design, from the University of Algarve (Portugal), where I had the oportunity to attend to Tomas Bata University (Czech Republic) in the Erasmus programme. Last 7 years I have been working in several areas related with the media production, visual communication, visual arts, furniture, almost everything that envolves creativity, challenge and colour of course! Right now I am working both in the development of creative projects as in education, that I specially love and enjoy, in several technical and professional schools in the region. In addition to these activities I am one of the co-founders and presently Chairman of direction of SDA Southern Designers Association, a non-profit and socio-professional youth organization, based in Algarve.
