Going through an identity crisis. I wasn’t given the opportunity to find out who I am and what makes me tick until now. I stumbled across this site looking for work and I thought this may be a good way to figure what I want for myself and for my two little ones. I know I am driven by creativity but I have yet to tap into what type of creativity. I like to paint and build. I like puzzles and coloring. I’ve got a thing for contrasting colors specifically. Kinda weird I guess but it is what it is. I’m a decent writer but it comes and goes and I do much better when given a topic. I have a love of photography and an uncanny ability to capture “picture perfect” moments. I mostly prefer nature photography but I also enjoy photographing people. Being outside makes me feel alive, so I definitely have no aversion to being outdoors. (Currently exploring a more country side of me I never knew existed.) I would also like to explore a career of helping people on a broad scale. Something that will make a difference in people’s lives. Too many people out there need desperate help and even more people out there turn a blind eye to it. I don’t necessarily want credit for it. Just knowing I could help contribute to bettering someone’s life would make my soul a little happier. I’m a quick learner and an excellent student. I will not only learn anything you attempt to teach me quickly, but I will also retain that knowledge and use it in the best way possible. With that being said, I do much better in a “hands on” kind of situation. Not to say I can’t learn from reading. In fact, reading was once a favorite past time of mine; something I may try and take back up once given the right opportunity to. If you think there’s something a may be able to help you with please let me know. I’ll try just about anything once… within reason of course. And I’ll give you my 100% because any job worth doing, is worth doing right. Oh!! and I love animals! All animals. And they love me back. Knock on wood, but I have yet to have had a bad or scary encounter with an animal. Quite the opposite actually. I once had a wild boar, roughly 80lbs, come up to only me in a group of 5 and let me pet him and sit with him until he was ready to go on his merry little way. I think the trick with animals is knowing and understanding that they are very empathic creatures. As am I.
