I am a professional graphic novel artist for more than 15 years working for mostly DC and Marvel comics, as well as many other companies, such as Crossgeneration Comics and Kickstart Comics, as well as being a merchandise artist for Walt Disney World. I've illustrated characters such as Superman, Batman, Spiderman, and Wolverine. Co-designed Jubilee, one of the X-men, as well as many other characters, mostly for DC Comics/Vertigo. I am proficient in realism as well as cartoony, using mostly in traditional 2D medium, but have knowledge in Photoshop.

I am a designer, writer and editor. I understand how to pair visuals and information, for readers and non-readers alike, while guiding the eye to the important factors of any design. I can write and edit in nearly every format and style book, and I absolutely love what I do. I have past experience designing book covers, promotional posters and banners, social media images, logos, brochures, infographics, calendars, e-newsletters, and more. I can copy edit in five stylebooks at an experienced level: APA, AP, MLA, Chicago, and AMA. Thanks to this, I can edit in any style you would like (standard for books is Chicago, and I use this by default). I have over five years experience with copy editing, including a year and a half experience as a copy chief and a year at a publishing company. Editing will run at a different rate from the hourly, however. Rather than charge you per-hour, which could become very expensive depending on the amount of editing requires, I charge per word, page, or manuscript -- whichever is more cost efficient for you. Please contact me to price your next manuscript. I have written three (so far) unpublished novels, and numerous short stories and plays, in the course of my graduate degree in professional writing, and would also be happy to ghost write for you. Ghost writing may incur additional research costs. I also freelance as an article/blog writer and have written news, reviews, interviews, and medical articles as well as press releases, copy, and commercial scripts. I understand that, typically, article writing is priced per-word, so please contact me to offer a per-word or per-article bid. Otherwise, you will be billed per-hour. I have studied writing in numerous styles, so I won't list them here, lest I forget one. The only formats I have yet to encounter professionally are technical writing and grant proposals, but with the experience I have in every other style (and my moderate science background -- computer science and physics), I believe I could handle one easily. If you consider me for one of these tasks, please contact me. Since it would be my first, I'd be happy to give you a discount. Additionally, I have experience with event coordination for book and album signings, both copy and design experience with advertising, and freelance as a "front" of the back-end organizer and editor. And, honestly, if you need a communications skill not on this short list, I can probably help you there as well. So, save time and hire one person to do your next re-branding or editing, cover, and promotions for your next book. I will always be honest, hard-working, and eager to learn and create the absolute best product for you. Thank you for considering me for your freelance communication needs.

Who am I? I am a writer, poet, reiki practitioner, and mentor of life. I am a freelance writer based in Ontario, Canada. I started writing professionally in 2009 for "Halcyon Soul Center" and "Body Principle." I came from a financial background, taking accounting at Vanier College in Montreal in 1982, followed by a Real Estate License in 1988, and then earned accident, health and life insurance licenses in 1998 and 2002. In 2008 I became a Reiki Practitioner. This changed my whole life. I have seen miracles happen through Reiki. I have mentored a drug addict to get clean and finish school. Today that person is married and still drug free. .
