I am a recent University of Winnipeg graduate seeking to apply a diverse skill set in a variety of settings. I studied under the Faculty of Kinesiology and received my Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree in June 2014. I have previous professional writing experience, working with the Asthma Society of Canada on a contract project focused on asthma, physical activity and the Air Quality Health Index, as well as in creating original content for the blog of a small business based in Colorado. I have in-depth knowledge of the applications of social media (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), and am available for consulting on how to effectively integrate social media into a variety of settings. In September 2014, I co-presented a session at the BOMA Canada [Building Owners' and Managers' Association] Conference in Winnipeg, entitled "The Social Media Playground: Cultivating Community in Commercial Real Estate", which was anecdotally the most interactive session presented.

I have graduated from Foundation and Classical animation at Vancouver Film School. Both courses I have successfully completed. I have experience in art history, sculpting, life-drawing, digital ink and paint, animation in Flash and Toon boom Harmony and editing in Premiere Pro. Growing up I have been heavily influenced by graphic novels and comic books. I have developed a strong admiration and respect for that medium. Attending the Vancouver Film School has given me a strong base of skills that I can apply to many aspects of art specifically animation, storyboarding and graphic novels.
