Created an architecture and deployment plan and facilitated the inter-department communication between the business units and the technical teams. Educated the business analyst group and database administration group on the new design methodologies, and helped set parameters for the continued specification of the new information system. The first phase of the deployment was an appraisal management system, designed to facilitate the tracking and workflows of appraisals ordered on loan applications.
