Hello, I'm Christopher Francis, as of February 3rd, 2012 I am currently studying in my final year of Media Production at the University of Lincoln. It's a BA course and I currently study screenwriting as part of my degree. I've always wanted to be a writer, and as such, I have dabbled in all sorts of areas. These areas include: -I've written several poems to good reception (Available on request) -I used to write and create a weekly webcomic, "Badly Drawn Penguins" (Available at http://drunkduck.com/badly_drawn_penguins -I used to create many small videos on YouTube ranging from creative work to analytical (Available at http://www.youtube.com/greatchad -I've written a post-modern re-telling of the fairytale Snow White and the Seven Dwarves ("Emily and the Seven Dwarves", available on request) -I've written articles and reviews on film and video games for several blogs: one personal film-centric one, one independent blog where I was a staff writer and my Universities' website (Available at http://www.chroniccinephilia.tumblr.com , http://thehealingtouch.wordpress.com and http://www.bulletonline.org/author/chris-francis/ respectively) -And of course, my current love, screenwriting. Where I have written several scripts already of different lengths, predominantly sketches and short films but also working on TV and feature-film length scripts for consideration (Examples available on request) My writing style is predominantly comedic with hints of romantic, but I have dabbled in many areas including sci-fi, action and horror.
