Hello there, my name is Scott, and I am a Concept Artist, Illustrator, and Comic Artist. I began drawing when I was 5 years old and have spent the better part of my life learning from a variety of artists with varied styles and disciplines. Being an avid fan of pop culture, video games, and movies (especially horror movies), I have always enjoyed being able to create fantastic creatures and worlds for others to enjoy. I have spent a majority of my life traveling the world, which has only fueled my creativity to make even more fantastic creatures and locales. Growing up playing video games, reading comic books, playing board games, and even dabbling in D&D, I have a special place in my heart for dark fantasy/sci-fi worlds and the endless possibilities my imagination could dream up. Reading and writing plays a large part in my life, from leisure reading to reading content for editing. I work as an Administrative Assistant, but my job duties include much more. For example, I deal with both the sale and legal department and am the main person responsible for typing what the manager dictates to me, ensuring proper spelling, grammer, and vocabulary are used. Accuracy and attention to detail is something I pride myself in. By working in the legal department, I have experience in small claims court procedures and most paralegal verbage, especially when it comes to defending a company. Also, I have an eye for art and authentic work. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

I like to draw, and although I'm still learning, I feel that my art is getting better and maybe this experience will teach me new techniques. I usually draw in anime or Adventure Time style. So, all I need to know is what to draw, what style it should be drawn in, and the deadline. And yes, I am new at being a freelancer, so it'll take a day or two to get used to it. Thank you for your time.

I am a freelance illustrator for the Merrimack Valley area. I graduated Montserrat College of Art in 2006 with a BFA, concentration in illustration. My commissions consist of charcoal/pencil portraits, acrylic paintings, and murals. I have a very graphic, flat colored style that I am proud to say is unique from many others. Points of view and compositions are a very important focus for me, to keep my illustrations interesting. I also have a pretty distinct color palette that makes my work identifiable. Most of my work has been for the children's audience, for example, my murals are at North Shore Pediatric Dental Associates in Beverly, Ma. I also get many commissions for portraits of people's children or themed paintings for their bedrooms. Though this may be true, my interest in concepts are a bit more complex, and more appropriate for an adult audience. I really have a passion for my artwork, and my goal is to convey a certain emotion that my clients will feel when they see it.
