I am a textiles desiner specialising in print. My work draws inspiration from the past, drawing on traditional decorative imagery and combining it with a modern, urban twist. I am passionate about working within the community and its individual members, encouraging confidence in people to design and create. I think art can be used as a tool to encourage people to be productive and to think outside the box. Through the use of workshops and community projects people can be given alternatives and avenues that they might not have otherwise considered.

If you need Illustration covering a wide range of subjects and/or styles, NOW Illustration & Design should be your choice. I have been a freelance illustrator/designer for 30+ years and am a published illustrator of several children’s books. I am also a caricaturist (15 years) and have been an instructor of Graphic Design at the college level (12 years). I am proficient in numerous styles including, but not limited to, pen and ink, watercolor, colored pencil, and digital art. I range from realistic renderings to cartoon & caricature. I pride myself in listening to the clients needs, asking questions and interpreting their ideas into a visual and I have never been late for a deadline. Whether you have a children's book, novel, book covers, biz cards, brochures, posters etc., I will create concepts and work with you through to completion. I understand the personal nature and closeness one develops with a project and I listen and interpret your ideas into visual reality. I'm not a huge corporation, which allows me the flexibility to act one-on-one with the client. Pricing is reasonable also. There is no "cookie cutter" method that is used. I like to be compensated for my work just like everyone, but I will work with you for the best solution for both.

I've freelanced for going on 10 years now. having worked for some of the top companies around the world in doing so. I'm knowledgable in the breakdowns and completions of comic books. Able to bring to life any world or invironment that the person(s) that i'm working for has in mind. Having working on persentations, both for others and myself for the past 8 years. And i'm infact working on the art to a comic of mine now.I'm a gothic and horror artist by nature...since i was a child i've always been drawn to the darkness of that genre. I've been a shoe designer, a billboard artist,as well as a gothic/horror book illustrator. I've also been a story board artist for some independent movies that are projects in the works right now, so i can honestly say that my experience spans the field of art abit more then most. always willing to take on any project...big or small. Because though it may sound abit cocky-(most artist are whether they admit it or not are)- I love what I do and I'm always looking for the opportunity to prove that there's nothing I won't and can't do. And for the right project i could be persuaded to work for name credit and/or a percentage of the take of the sold project.
