I am an artist. People may call us painters, graphic designers, sculptors, illustrators, or whatever the job calls for. I myself have worn various hats in the creative arena, but at the end of each day, I am simply an artist. We have an instinctual urge to observe and create. It drives us, much like our ancestors who spent all day in a dark cave drawing the day’s events on rock walls, to harness our reactions through words and imagery. We tend to see images in daily objects that the normal person might not indulge in. For instance, the next time you are gazing at a wooden table, try to find the old man with the scraggly beard smoking his long curvy pipe. He’s there. Keep looking. I have, and will always see things differently than most, because I observe all aspects of the world around me, gathering facts from every viewpoint, careful to not judge and to create an image that will be original and lasting. Take a moment to look through samples of my work, and hopefully you’ll find something that sparks your interest. Get in touch, and let’s get started on creating.
