Developed and successfully established technique for isolating protected (encapsulated) HHV-8 virions. 4. Designed silencing RNA (SiRNA) against ORF50 (primary transactivator) in HHV-8 using a company based program.and successfully used this SiRNA for blocking the ORF50 RNA expression in BCBL-1 cells (Primary Effusion Lymphoma cells) by transfection. 6. Devloped protocol to successfully see protein expression in BCBL-1 cell suspension (adhered on poly L Lysine coated glass slides) by IFA. I am a UK writer and recent graduate with a high level of written communication skills and an eye for errors. My highest level of education is a first class BA honours degree in English Literature with Sociology, with which I graduated in 2011. I have experience in copy editing, having worked for Less Than Three Press on a freelance basis for the last six months. im a graphic designer in south africa. im currently doing my second year for my diploma. i draw goth animations regularly,and i usually express anger in my art.like a lion! i always stay up stares for as long as the art inspiration is on my side i never quit. i am trying to make a movie out of my art,but im looking for a professional team wiiling to work hard on this projects i have in my mind. i have a hell lot of ideas in my mind and i can now work only on what people request of me to do. what i need is motivation all the way to keep me busy with universal art projects. i am now working under what i can bring forth for the company. its a daily basis schedule. and by the way people are sticking with me for my down fall , so i always run away, now my life feels so small, but angry as a roaring lion now i need time to listen to my heart as most south africans end up haiting on our private life's.but god almighty promised to give us swords to protect and now i stay up and stay on the pen.
