My passion lies in Art and Language, in which I have always excelled. 18 Years ago, I started doing Graphic Design on a freelance basis in JHB for several smaller companies. This grew per word of mouth, and I soon found myself with a steady client base. I have produced designs and completed creative concepts and projects for both local and international companies, with whom I have maintained excellent on-going business relationships with for over 10 years. These companies include Corporates, IT Industry, Tourism Boards and Cruise Companies, Breweries and FMCG. I attended short drawing courses in San Francisco, run by Walt Disney artists, on design and the art of sketching. Projects produced to date include Graphic Design, Advertising Concepts and Design, Layout, Brochure design, Viral campaigns, Event planning and Management for Tourism Board functions, Multimedia, Concepts for Photo shoots, Corporate Identity Design and Branding, Point of Sale (POS), Banners, Signage.

I paint for the joy that it brings my soul. I hope to share my talents in teaching again very soon. I am putting together a business plan re: Conducting classes in my community. The decisions that I make in my work are a balanced sum involving client wishes, my logical input, and the eye. I have worked with many different medium over the years. My heart is in Acrylic paint these days. I like working with my canvas upside-down. Realism comes alive with this technique I am looking at incorporating splashes of color into my current work and perhaps using some of my "glass block" technique with some larger scale pieces.
