I am presently working on my first fiction novel, and I also have had poetry published on poetry.com and in the yearly book they put out. I know that my experience is lacking, but I can write what ever is needed of me. Today's society prefers a degree and experience in any field that you choose to pursue, the degree I am currently working on, and the experience well that can't be earned unless someone is willing to take a chance on me. I think that the people doing job interviews and that are hiring for this and that tend to forget that they to were once in my position and wouldn't be where they are today if someone hadn't been willing to take a chance on them.
