Character Animator Mane 6 (www.mane6.com) I am a character animator for the upcoming freeware game: Fighting is Magic. I do the animations in flash, and post process them through Photoshop CS2. this includes indexing colors and handling palette files. Freelance Cartoonist Deviantart, on campus, etc. I am almost always working on commissioned works using Open Canvas to sketch and line the works, and Photoshop CS2 to render the scenes. After designing a character for the client, sometimes I am then commissioned a short animation using said character in Flash. I am constantly trying to learn new techniques in coloring and movement, and hope to get a more structured hands-on experience working with the software for a company or group.

Obviously, you know my name because it's in the URL. I'll skip all the tedious details about where I live and how I like my toast (hint, not surrounded by the six cats that live with me). I am what you would call a creative writer. Whether it's ticking off the things in life that suck or "serious inner feeling" free writing, I love to do it. I offer you a comedic perspective on ANY topic. I can make anything funny. Try me. I have had no previous freelance experience, but what better way to hone in my life's passion than to start now? I'll have you know that I was a member of the National English Honors Society, and I kicked English in the *** (pardon) so hard in college that my teachers wanted to kiss me on the forehead. I know this because one of them (the male, typical) wrote it on my first paper. Creepy? Or complimenting? There you have it, whoever is reading this. Take a chance!

I am one of those design nerds who thinks it would be cool to get the font Futura tattooed somewhere on his body. I greatly enjoy my work and get an adrenaline rush when something comes together, but I am also someone who will not be satisfied until it does come together. I consider myself to be very creative. Growing up as a single child in the Antique Capital of Kansas and being a part of an improv comedy troupe will do that to you. I love a good challenge and look forward to proving this to you.
