I left corporate America, going from a phone and email customer service agent, to the team lead, then moving behind the scenes and organizing the workforce management for thousands of agents across dozens of teams and customer brands for an eCommerce leader. Now, I live in Japan with my wife as a freelance writer, video editor, and podcaster.

I am currently a student at the Art Institute of Washington. I'm in my senior year and ready to start working! I mostly do 3D modeling with a focus in character modeling. But 2D art is also something I enjoy doing. I'm a hard worker and love to make customers happy. It makes me feel good to see a customers reaction to good work.
