I was involved at every level of the management and administration of the company’s affairs, answering directly to the chairman. My achievements include the following:- Property Development Feasibility studies; planning; acquisition negotiations; marketing and sales; preparing specifications of works; supervising building works. Property Management Controlling the management of the group’s residential portfolio, which included the management of the group’s 200 long lease flats (strata title). Office Management ?
