The first is in Advanced Piano Technology from North Bennet Street School in Boston Massachusetts, the second is a Bachelors of Music Degree in Music Composition from the University of Utah. I studied with Henry Wolking, Head of the Jazz Department, and Miguel Chuaqui, Head of the Composition Department. I have produced one Christmas album of piano arrangements and original pieces, and have composed the score for a movie produced by Lee Groberg and Mark Goodman. When I compose I often combine various styles together creating a very interesting or compelling piece of music. My music has been called unique by many different listeners. Given the time and resources I can compose in any musical style, for any kind of orchestration. I have recently gravitated toward acoustic instruments, but have done work for digital synthesis. The piano is my main instrument. I have composed many pieces for solo piano, and am more comfortable composing for the piano than any other instrument. It mainly consist of popular Christmas music arrangements, centered around the birth of Jesus Christ. You can get an idea of some of my piano tendencies.
