The core of that particular project was to provide services to Rescue-15 for their patrolling police who are roaming in different locations of Islamabad. We have to provide Pocket PC Device to that department for that purpose. On Pocket PC, we provided them with some interfaces like Login, Car’s information, My Location, Ticketing Information etc. The main purpose was to solve the problem of Car theft i.e. the police man having Mobile Device in his hands, stop any car coming from anywhere in Islamabad, and check its information from the servers by just giving car’s number in the particular interface, and after that he will be provided with an other interface where Car Number, Chassis Number, Engine Number, its Status was shown. In this way the problem was solved. There is another option that is ticket the car, if it violates certain rules and regulations, that is also possible in that particular software. Another main feature is that at operator or server end there is a person who is seeing this whole scenario that he has provided with an interface for car’s location at a particular span of time.
