I am 49 years old , and a recent graduate from Pioneer Pacific College 2012 with an Associates degree in Computer Science and Technology; I am proficient in Microsoft Soft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visual Basics, Trouble Shooting, Software Installation, Administration, Customer Service, Tech Support and Building computers. A graduate from Northwest Technical Institute in 2006 as a Certified Cost Estimator, I am also a Certified Timberline Software User and have a Certificate in Chief Architect 3D Cad Program I was #1 in my class for estimating the material list for the Sandy fire station in Oregon, I beat the actual cost that occurred when it was built by a couple hundred thousand dollars. I was a custom home builder for 16 years and a breakfast chef for 15 and drove taxi cab for 4 and found it to be a rather interesting job making OK money selling my personality for tips. I have been injured for 8 years do to a construction accident, and am seeking a way to make a living without the hard physical labor I am still a fit guy but I can't move as fast as the next guy, but I do get the job done and almost as fast. Before I was injured I worked with younger guy's that would tell me to slow down that I was going to work them out of a job, but I paid them no mind and kept to my rule of thumb, get the job done and make the customer happy. I hope to hear from you soon!!
