Born in Durban, South Africa I moved to Zimbabwe and grew up there. In 2001 I decided that I would like to pursue my love of animation, moved to England and studied hard, achieving a BA (Hons) degree in Digital Animation in 2006. I consider myself as an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated person who is ambitious and talented. I try to get the most out of life by focusing on my ability to look at the positive side of things. I work well under pressure and enjoy working in a team mainly because I enjoy sharing ideas and working in a collaborative style to achieve the required results for a TV show or feature film. I worked on a feature film called 'Avatar,’ directed by James Cameron working with the ‘Amp suits.’ Before that I worked on ‘Where the Wild things Are,’ directed by Spike Jones, and I have helped on numerous films such as ‘Nanny Mcphee,’ ‘Prince of Persia,’ and ‘Your Highness.’ I travelled for a month on my own around Europe and then moved to Norway to further my experience.' I worked there for a further year and was a lead on a film called “Trollhunter.” I designed the new rigging system with the rigger which helped the company speed up their pipeline and tool-sets. I am back in the UK now. I am also training to be a Private Pilot in my spare time, it keeps me occupied and is always a challenge. Animation is my passion, I am a fantastic artist as well and in an ideal world i would love to do both!

Hello All! My name is Linda Manne. I've lived in Southern California most of my life, and have always had a passion to become an artist; being partly inspired by my Father; who was a very accomplished commercial artist. After many years of combining his expert mentoring, along with my own self-studies; pursuing an art career became a natural evolution for me. Besides specializing in realism and portraits over the past 25+ years, my portfolio has expanded to include a wide range of works, from simple line art to detailed art illustrations. I especially enjoy illustrating children's books; allowing me to have fun, stirring up imaginations and bringing story characters to life! I seize every new project with a desire to achieve my clients goals and deadlines. Always motivated to provide art that will touch others with a feel-good mood or emotion; that needs no explanation. I use various mediums; such as watercolors, acrylics, pastels, charcoals, as well as graphite pencils and ink.

I attended North Carolina School of the Arts about 3 years ago; focusing on design and illustration. Art has always been a passion more than a hobby for me. I receieved a high score of 5 from the collegeboard on my high school portfolio senior year as we'll. I would rather sit in my room all hours of the night and finish a painting rather than ever see it remain unfinished. I am currently a fine arts major at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte North Carolina. I work well in stressful situations and I've always worked in a quick manner when time is short. I've worked with a variety of mediums including acrylics, oils, oils pastels, chalk, ink, and graphite.
