As QA Manager developed audit program to ensure quality. Company averaged 99.5% and greater accuracy rate. Updated QA Manual to reflect changes as set forth by AHDI. Monthly auditing of editors/QA staff. Set up new clients including writing account guidelines, building formats, getting clients up and running from the testing stages to go-live and auditing each dictation.
