I have 15 years experience in Word Processing formatting and editing legal documents, also I have 4 1/2 years as a Coordinator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In my last position I was responsible for coordination and time management of all internal/external document production. I can work on my own and can work without supervision, juggle multiple tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive materials and matters.
I have strong skills and experience in all systems of Microsoft Office programs, as well as transcription from tapes and/or CDs.
• Coordinated all incoming and outgoing workflow. Gathered workload information from users, and monitored its status through the document production process, acting as liaison between attorneys and staff. Documents include but not limited to prospectus, registration forms, briefs, agreements, by-laws, and pleadings. Also knowledge of running and setting up cross referencing, TOCs and TOAs on appropriate documents
