Main duty was to process written complaints from the public and award compensation when necessary whilst always being as polite and fair as possible but maintaining the rules of Virgin's public relation policy. It was also my duty to the relevant computer systems and databases.

September 2008 – August 2009

Main duties included processing and managing the student and casual payroll, including inputting, organising and setting up claims from both international and home students (requesting and handling personal information if necessary) using Jasper; ensuring claims were paid efficiently and accurately regarding tax codes, deductions and allowances; processing staff expense claims, and reconciling claims and payments on a monthly basis. Other duties included setting up databases on Excel, filing and general administrative tasks (e.g. mailings and post).

Duties included freelance research, data-inputting, creation of databases and analysis of information with the production of appropriate graphs and tables. Position included extensive use of Access and Excel.
