McLoone's has given me the opportunity to start up the company's IT structure. Currently, as the sole member of this department, my responsibilities span through many fields in IT. I maintain/troubleshoot the company's Aloha POS systems, hardware and training as well as PC repairs/troubleshooting. All online platforms (Open Table, Hot Schedules, Radiant Customer Voice, Aloha Enterprise, Restaurant Guard and others) are managed and maintained by this department as well.
I've also been tasked with managing our web content (html, xhtml, html5, css, some php and Photoshop) as well as developing and helping to execute a social media campaign for McLoone's.
With the rapid growth of our company I've been given opportunity to coordinate all technical aspects of all new constructions (our newest anticipated to open this summer), as I've done in the past for the opening of Tim McLoone's Supper Club and McLoone's Pier House in National Harbor.
I strive to provide our company 24/7 tech support via direct contact via phone/email. I am dedicated making this new department a success for McLoone's.
