General Assistant (Part Time) - PGL Trustees (Administration of Late Estates)
From the year 2002 on through to 2009 I have assisted in various occupations under the organization known as PGL Trustees. From courier to clerk, archives to database construction. These jobs required enthusiastic stamina and stable mindedness which they have also provided in turn.
As PGL Trustees deal directly with the deceased and remaining relatives I have come into direct contact with many bereaved family members as well as the fluctuations of the late estate administration process.
Self-Employed (2009-) - Counsellor, Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Coach, Facilitator
The counseling that I practice is general and holistic. This ranges from bereavement counseling to couple therapy using various forms of counseling methods such as narrative therapy or childhood-redefining therapy. As a counselor I also maintain a record data-base in order to keep to-date the proceedings of all my clients.
As a yoga & meditation instructor I facilitate and devise programs accustomed to the relevant audience, also aiming to include good amounts of self-reflective information so that the client may develop further; which is a great part of the occupation of a coach. The wish is to offer retreats in yoga and meditation to aid further enrichment.
My facilitating experience includes initiating organizations or events; such as the initiation of several meditation groups in and around Pretoria, as well as events such as a Peace March for a Free Tibet (19 July 2008 – Pretoria).
