I am a freelance journalist and photographer with a Bachelors degree in Value and Policy Studies (Stellenbosch University). My majors were Political Science, Economics and Business Analysis, and I am thus particularly skilled at writing about subjects relating to politics, economics and business.
I have two years experience as an Arts and Culture writer for Die Matie newspaper (Stellenbosch). During these two years I interviewed numerous artists and musicians, thus building up a network of contacts in the field.
Moreover, my fluency in four languages (English, German, French and Afrikaans) helps me to communicate with people on an intercultural level and to remain up to date with travel and tourism trends in and around the Cape Town area. I am also able to translate fairly fluently across these four languages.
