Instruction Training on different aspects of various computer systems. Prepare and utilize approved lesson plans, administer exams, structured classroom instruction utilizing lectures, discussions, transparencies, computer applications, and practice applications. Maintain and update course syllabi, implement evaluation devices of student learning to measure progress and competency, prepare student progress reports and grade reports, and maintain accurate and timely attendance records. Proctor, grade and record results of various entrance exams as well as manage student retention.
Training Assemble and distribute course materials and teaching aids. Answer routine inquiries regarding training courses and schedules. Operate audio visual equipment during training programs. Prepare periodic, standardized reports and analyses of development and training needs. Review and proofread training materials for accuracy and thoroughness. Provide learning and development training to providers and their staff to ensure effective billing operations and procedures. Management Manage a medical practice with duties to include:

Finance Responsible for maintaining compliance with financial aid regulations within the scope of electronic processing of students by assisting in the completion and subsequent collection of required documents, determining student eligibility and awarding student aid, maintaining student financial aid files, and being a first tier contact for student phone calls. Reporting daily/weekly numbers to supervisor to track progress of student packaging. Ongoing information exchange with Academics department and Admissions to identify students’ needs.
Billing Use medical terminology, CPT and ICD-9 coding to negotiate contracts including managed care, patient, provider, and client as well as service contracts. Submission of electronic and manual medical insurance claims to managed care and government payers. Track billing and monitor all collections, initiate claims for unpaid bills against debtors and coordinate payroll deductions for medical care benefits of the employees of the medical facility. Collect on delinquent accounts, liaising between collection agencies and medical facilities. Review medical claims for accuracy and provider training on proper billing procedures. Maintain a constant cash flow and compliance of the billing department’s local, state and federal regulations. Maintain all patient information according to HIPAA regulations.
