I have been interested in breaking into the field of ghost writing for quite some time now. I have been writing short stories and novelettes for more than twenty-five years. Most of what I have written are works of fiction, the weaving of fantasy being my personal favorite. I am, however, currently in the midst of a non fiction work that I am confident may just be the catalyst I need to set me firmly upon the path of success. I am very analytical with an attention to detail, and able to apply these attributes to the creative and imaginative musings so necessary when developing stories, characters, and settings. My favorite authors to read, and those who have inspired and influenced me most in the development of my own style, would have to be Robert Ludlum, Louis L'Amour, and the combined talents of Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman for their wonderful work on the Dragonlance Saga. The ability to give a fictional character life and personality through thoughtful, vivid portrayal is a skill that I have worked hard to develop over the years. It is an art, in the purest sense of the word... to create the illusion of life and instill a sense of anticipated urgency in the reader's mind, to paint the canvas of pages with all the colors of a child's imagination and infuse the reader with a very real, very acute empathy so as to place them firmly in the pages of the story as well. What more noble of an art form is there?
For the past eighteen years I have been employed as a professional tattoo artist. I am a very skilled freehand artist, able to create near photo realistic portraits on paper or in the skin. I have created a good many business card designs, have a natural ability to balance and design business advertisement to elicit admirable consumer response. Any artistic design would be right up my alley of expertise and I would be happy to entertain any inquiries for assistance.
I would also be very grateful for any direction or opportunity to provide whatever service might be within the scope of my writing abilities. Be it character development, descriptive passages, or story ideas and outlines, I am certain that I could be an intricate and indispensable asset to the right person in need of such literary abilities.
