I am a 46y/o mother of two beautiful boys that now finds herself with too much time on my hands now that my sons no longer live at home. I am looking to re-enter the job place and am looking to find employment that challenges me. I believe I would be an asset to my employer with the diverse knowledge I will bring to the team I may work with. I have good organizational skills and can multi task well along with having good verbal, written and communication skills.
I am success driven and a team player who works well without supervision along with being easy to work with. I take criticism well and learn from my mistakes. I am reliable, dependable and flexible. I am also very good at dealing with people in confrontational circumstances and usually have a satisfactory outcome for all sides As I was an emergency room nurse for nine years until the birth of my second child which caused me to have a few medical problems at that time which the stress of my job hindered my well being.
I have extensive knowledge in accounts payable and receivables along with maintaining a good running inventory of items ranging from small to large office items and equipment. I have extensive knowledge of the Arkansas tax laws and requirements of all type tax on purchased items from small to large equipment or additions to the plant its self that were purchased
I have also located, bought and sold large amounts of used fuel oil in which plants use for heating. This also included the cleanup of the fuel before re-selling.
I am computer literate and have skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, the Ross system, Quick Books and Outlook I am able to type 55 wpm along with 10 key punches. I have also handled a large switchboard system for incoming and outgoing call for a large plant.
I have also owned and operated my own tobacco store along with managing employees. I have extensive knowledge of any and all requirements of owning and operating a retail store from the bookkeeping to ordering and stocking of the supplies to the cash register.

I handled all accounts receivables for company names A thru K. I my duties requirements were to check all invoices for correctness of billing, taxes and the delivery or return and credit if required of the items listed. I also maintained a running inventory of office supplies for the plant. I was also responsible for balancing the bank statements each month and maintaining a good filing system of the A/P department.
My duties also included that I give relief to the switchboard operator on her breaks, lunches and vacation.
