SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Over seventeen years of diverse experience as a Biometrics (BATs/HIIDEs) Field Support Engineer (FSE) in OCONUS (OIF), SIGINT/FISINT operator and technical analyst for the intelligence community. Specific areas of competence include OT&E; Training; SIGINT/FISINT signals acquisition, exploitation and reporting; signals analysis.
