Work history
Video Plus, a Dallas based publishing company. 2005-20010. 4.5 years as senior art director. Responsible for working with a design, production and editorial team to publish more than 80 publications in 6 countries on a monthly basis. These were 128 plus cover 4 color magazines with quantities up to 1.5 million copies on newsstands, subscriptions and fine book stores.
Owner of Smith Communications in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 1995-2005. Provided high end graphic solutions for a multitude of clients in multiple states.
Closed business after 10 years when Hurricane Katrina struck.
Owner of Smith Advertising for 10 years in Shreveport, Louisiana. Clients included Retail, Petroleum, Healthcare, automotive and political campaigns. Moved business to Baton Rouge in 1995.
