* Managed VBL total program budget in excess of $3M. Delivered project within agreed-upon timeline and below budget.
* Engaged North American Organization cross-functionally by giving monthly VBL progress reports to make process visible, powerful and understood at all levels.

* Created intranet VBL site to promote and inform more than 65,000 employees about VBL process, launch and roll out.
