Awesome Pro Wrestling (July 2006 to June 2010) Position: General Manager
Duties: Planned professional wrestling events to be held throughout New Jersey. This included hiring over 50 in-ring performers as well as a support team of over a dozen people. Promoted the events to the public through authoring of press releases and design of posters; as well as partnering with the business community. Negotiated contracts with venues, event staff, vendors and sponsors. Worked with sponsors on their advertisements. Made creative decisions as to the content of the shows. Designed company web site. Oversaw the implementation of digital recording media efforts.

CRC-Community Reading Club (July 2006 – July 2007) Position: Telemarketer
Duties: Make high volume phone calls in the sale of magazines to residential customers via a computer dialing database

Community Connection Newsgroup (Aug. 2005 to May 2006) Position: Editor-in-Chief
Duties: Fully responsible for ensuring the production of a weekly newspaper based in the Point Pleasant - Brick area that covered news, arts and entertainment, and stories on people, education and the environment. This included issuing story and photo assignments to reporters, photographers and columnists; as well as managing the office and sales team. Performed graphic design and layout for the actual newspaper. Made news content choices for the front page and entire paper. Edited the writing of the entire staff for grammar, content and legal publication guidelines. Interviewed and hired staff. Attended sales meetings and networking events such as chamber of commerce dinners. Also wrote articles, interviews and columns; as well as taking photographs for the content of the paper. Updated company web site.

The Ocean Star (May 2000 to July 2005) Position: Reporter
Duties: Wrote over 2000 published byline stories. These included; municipal meetings of council, planning board and board of education; numerous elections; entertainment events such as plays and concerts; hard news stories on crime, fires and fatal traffic accidents; and community events such as parades, park openings and dedication ceremonies. Responsible for finding my own feature stories and initiated hundreds of sit down interviews. Secured interviews with several celebrities. Performed photography when needed. Ran the newspaper’s web site for a three month period.

Phoenix Championship Wrestling (March 2001 - June 2003) Position: Editor in Chief / Broadcast commentator
Duties: Wrote a majority of articles and laid out all copy, photographs and advertising for Rising Fire, a periodical that was sold at monthly pro wrestling events. Interviewed various wrestlers about their characters and coordinated articles with the owner in order to advance storylines. Also worked with the advertisers on their printed advertisements. Provided color commentary for video tapes of the shows.
