Home Loan Angels: Design of SaaS enterprise-level application for mortgage processing in a call center environment

Design included electronic performance support system that standardized call center scripts and procedures.

Aurora Casket: Design of SaaS enterprise-level B2C application
Worked closely with remote executive team and engineers to redesign software for sales personnel-driven interviews with families for funeral planning.
