InJoy Birth & Parenting Education, provides educators and health professionals the highest quality, up-to-date programs addressing childbirth, prenatal care, labor & delivery, teen pregnancy & prevention, breastfeeding, new baby care, postpartum, parenting, child abuse prevention, nutrition & safety, and staff training.
Description:
As a producer I am responsible for overall project management, scheduling and deadlines. In addition I arranged shoots, props, crew, and directed talent. I also ensured that post-production process keeps original vision of script through working closely or through check-ins with editors along with arranging necessary program reviews, including internal review, focus group, and company screening. Finally overseeing packaging schedule and process is also part of my job description.
As a writer core responsibilities included:

Description:
Using the Doc-U-Reach™ process, I lucratively provided over 75 local, national, and international based non-profit organizations a tool for strategic fundraising and marketing. I strategically and successfully raised video sales by 30% in my first year as a Producer.

• Supervising and training production and post production staff
• Producing reality-style documentaries scripted from field logs and transcripts

Music Link Productions (Denver, CO), March 2005 – September 2007
Music Link is a high definition event coverage production facility, providing multi-camera shoots for stand up comedians, concerts, and music festivals. HBO, Disney, Comedy Central, HD Networks.
Description:
As a field producer I was responsible for supervising the camera crew, organizing and directing the shoot day on location, conducting interviews with highly recognizable celebrities, and consistently meeting production goals.
Projects included:
? Power to the Peaceful – Documentary of concert event, taped in San Francisco, CA Partial interview list: Woody Harrelson, Michael Franti of Spearhead, Wavy Gravy, Angela Davis, Julia Butterfly Hill.
? Jesse McCartney –Radio Disney event in Santa Clara, CA. Shoot included pre and post concert, interviews, and 2-hour concert of Hollywood Record’s teen idol. Concert edited and aired via satellite in Regal Theatres throughout the nation for a one-night event.
? Bowling for Soup –Radio Disney event taped in Austin, TX. Shoot included a 2-hour concert of Jive Record’s pop punk band aired live via satellite in Regal Theatres throughout the nation for a one-night event.

Description:
Starting out as an Assistant Editor, I moved up the ranks quickly due to my natural ability to see innovative cuts in this multi-camera environment. My work was rewarded by a Prime Time Emmy Nomination. All programs have aired on National Cable with rave reviews.

Projects included:
? “Seeing Rainbows: Acceptance and Tolerance” – a powerful Emmy winning documentary about the struggles of gay and lesbian youth and the way society views them. Received Heartland Emmy Award in November 2004 for this work.
? CASA – produced/edited short fundraising video that played a key role in raising over $105,000 at a single lunch event.
? DOVE – currently producing a documentary style fundraising video for this Colorado non-profit organization. Results not yet accounted for.
